Yana Martens has started her modelling career over 14 years ago. Besides her experience on both sides of the camera Yana’s psychology degree gives her insights on people’s behaviour in front of the camera and what is most effective when helping people to overcome their insecurities.
“My intention with my business is to fully understand people’s behaviour in front of the camera, and particularly finding correlations between confidence, attractiveness, self-acceptance and perception by others. Hence, I enjoy sharing my modelling experience together with psychology knowledge to help people feel good about themselves in front of the camera. The attractiveness starts not from perfect makeup or slimming down editing tool, it starts with the relationships with yourself.”
Yana first started running classes for aspiring models, then many photographers became interested in learning how to pose people more effectively. Posing People is not only about psychical movements of the subject, it’s about communication and most importantly building confidence.
Now Yana leads her clients through all the stages of video marketing from organising content for the particular target audience to getting confident in front of the camera and producing videos just on the mobile phone or finding a suitable production company.
